Hi!! My name is Hector Hernandez, and I am the founder of Breathe New Vita. Through my own journey, I’ve discovered that life can lead us to unexpected lows that we never imagined we would face. "From Heartbreak to Hope: My Journey to Rediscovery and Purpose"
When I received my diagnosis of heart failure at age 27, it was as if my entire being went numb, leaving me adrift without a sense of purpose. I found myself questioning everything I once held dear and lost sight of what I truly wanted from life. The foundations of my beliefs crumbled, and I began to rebel against the very ideals that had once guided me.
After several months of feeling adrift, I made the decision to join a missionary outreach program. Although I didn’t fully grasp its significance at the time, I was on a quest to rediscover myself. What I didn’t realize was that the root of my struggles had always been within me.
Many of the questions I had were ultimately resolved by one key element: peace of mind. As I cleared my thoughts of doubts and insecurities, I became more attuned to my mental state and started to pursue a fresh approach to life. This journey led me to create Breathe New Vita. With every breath I take, I recognize it as a new opportunity for a better existence.
Now, after seven years in management, I have had the privilege of mentoring individuals at various stages of their personal and professional lives. I've been involved in a second chances program, guiding people on their journey to reclaim a sense of normalcy. My passion lies in coaching others to strike a harmonious balance between their lives and personal development.
